Ampler adds master stamps — Draft, Confidential, Copyright — across the whole deck in one click, and lets you adjust them or save your own to the library.
Quick answer: Click Stamps on the Ampler ribbon and choose a stamp to apply it across all slides; click it again to toggle it off, or Unlock stamps to reposition and restyle.
How to use it
Toggle master stamps on and off

Apply a Draft, Confidential, or Copyright stamp across the deck.
- Click Stamps on the Ampler ribbon and hit the stamp you want (for example Draft, Confidential, or Copyright).
- Click the shown stamp again to toggle it off.
Stamps appear on every slide except those with ‘Hide background graphics’ checked; stamps placed in the same position replace one another.
Unlock stamps to adjust

Unlock to reposition and restyle, then lock again.
- Click Stamps and hit the desired stamp, then click Unlock stamps.
- Edit the stamp’s format and position.
- Click Lock stamps to fix it back onto the master.
Save stamps to the library

Save a custom stamp for reuse across decks.
- Format the stamp as you want it.
- Save it to your library so it’s available on future decks.
Saved stamps become reusable across presentations, keeping your marking consistent.
Keyboard shortcut
Stamps has no default shortcut. To assign one, open the Settings dropdown on the Ampler ribbon, choose Shortcuts, click Set shortcut on the function, and press your key combination.
Why use it
Marking a deck as Draft or Confidential by hand means adding a text box to every slide — and remembering to remove it later. Master stamps apply across the whole deck in one click and toggle off just as easily, so the status of a deck is always clear and never left on by accident.
How consultants use it
Status and confidentiality marking is a governance requirement on client material, and it needs to be consistent and deck-wide. Master stamps make it reliable. Three conventions apply:
- Mark work-in-progress: a Draft stamp signals a deck isn’t final, deck-wide, in one click.
- Flag confidential material: a Confidential (or Copyright) stamp is a standard compliance mark on client-facing decks.
- Consistent and removable: stamps apply everywhere and toggle off cleanly, so nothing is missed or left on.
Master stamps make status and confidentiality marking a one-click, deck-wide action.
Tips & best practices
- Toggle the Draft stamp off before a deck goes final.
- Save your firm’s standard stamps to the library for consistent marking.
- Remember stamps skip slides with ‘Hide background graphics’ checked.
