Ampler’s My Library lets you search, browse, and insert saved slides, shapes, photos, and icons — from a panel or straight from the ribbon — so approved content is a click away.
Quick answer: Click My Library (Ctrl+Shift+M) on the Ampler ribbon, search or browse for content, and double-click or drag it onto the slide.

- Click My Library (Ctrl+Shift+M).

- Search or browse within that folder.
Insert content directly from the ribbon

Insert frequently used content straight from the ribbon.

My Library is Ctrl+Shift+M by default; you can reassign it in the Ampler Settings → Shortcuts.
Why use it
A library only helps if the right item is quick to find and insert. My Library lets you search and browse saved slides, shapes, photos, and icons and drop them straight onto the slide — so reusing approved content is faster than rebuilding it.
How consultants use it
The first move on a new slide is often to check whether an approved version already exists. A searchable library makes reuse the default. Three habits apply:
- Reuse before rebuild: search the library for an existing, approved slide or element first.
- Browse by folder: jump straight into the relevant folder for the content you need.
- Fast inserts for staples: the ribbon inserts frequently used content without opening the panel.
Using the library well is what makes a store of content actually save time.
Tips & best practices
- Search by keyword or tag rather than scrolling long folders.
- Put your most-used items where the ribbon can insert them directly.
- Keep the library tidy and tagged so reuse stays fast — see Add and share content.
