Using the library

Insert slides or elements from your library

  1. Click ‘My Library’ (CTRL+SHIFT+M)
  2. Search or browse for shapes, slides, photos or icons
  3. Double click or drag to insert in presentation

Jump into a specific folder in the library

  1. Click down arrow on ‘My Library’
  2. Select desired folder
  3. Search or browse within the folder
  4. Double click or drag to insert in presentation

Insert content directly from the ribbon

  1. Click on one of the ‘Insert from Library’ buttons
  2. Click the desired graphical element, picture or slide
