Save As or Email selected sheets as an Excel workbook or PDF

  • Select sheets and save/send as a new workbook
  • Choose between PDF and XLSX
  • Set filename and date format

  1. Click ‘Save As’ (CTRL+SHIFT+S) or ‘Email’ (CTRL+SHIFT+X)
  2. Choose between ‘Current sheet’, ‘Selected sheets’, or ‘All sheets’
  3. Click ‘Save As’ or ‘Send’ or press ENTER
