Setting up the default Ampler Charts theme

1. Create a shared SharePoint folder

• Create a new folder on SharePoint
• Make sure all users have access
• Open the folder

2. Upload the theme file and copy the link

• Paste the Ampler Charts theme file into the folder
• Copy the folder’s link from your browser’s address bar

3. Open Company Settings in PowerPoint

• Go to the Ampler Charts group
• Click the … menu → Settings → Company Settings
• Log in with your administrator account

4. Add the SharePoint folder as a source

• In the left menu, go to Company Library
• Under Sources, select Add SharePoint folder
• Paste the link into the Web address field
• Check Make available offline

5. Test and confirm the connection

• Click Test connection
• Once connected, click OK
• The folder will now appear in the Sources overview

6. Set the default chart theme

• Click Publish Settings
• Go to the Template tab in the left menu
• Scroll to Default chart theme
• Select the theme you saved to SharePoint from the drop-down

7. Publish and close

• Click Publish Settings, then Close
