NovaDB is a cloud-based Headless PIM & CMS designed for seamless information management, enabling efficient content and product data handling for businesses. By integrating Ampler with NovaDB you can bring all your product information into PowerPoint and Word.
- Log in at your NovaDB company URL
- Create an access token to be used for the integration
- Copy your NovaDB access token and then open PowerPoint or Word – depending on which Office program you wish to enable the integration in.
- Navigate to Ampler > Company Settings > Integrations
- Then fill out the following under ‘Product Information Management (PIM)’:
- Enter your NovaDB company URL into the API URL field. It may look something like https://company.workspace.novadb.com
- Type
$deliveryinto the API key field - Paste the NovaDB access token into the API secret field
- Click ‘Publish Settings’
- Navigate to Company Settings > Toolbar
- Edit your current toolbar add the ‘Insert Product Table’ button to the desired position in your toolbar. You can rename the button and change the icon if you like.
- Click ‘Save toolbar’
- Click ‘Publish Settings’
- When you now click on the ‘Insert Product Table’ button in PowerPoint or Word, you can search for your company products in NovaDB and easily insert them into pre-formatted tables.
