Cycle company standard formats for percentages

  • Define standard decimal places and thousand separator
  • Define standard format for negative numbers, e.g. red

  1. Select the cells you wish to format as percentages
  2. Click ‘Cycle percentage format’ or press CTRL+SHIFT+5
  3. Click again to cycle to the next percentage format defined under Settings>Cycles
